In the novel, Animal Farm, the pigs are supposed to be intelligent animals. Should intelligence be the primary qualification for leadership? What other qualities are important for a leader to have? I believe intelligence is one of the many qualifications for leadership. Other important qualities for a leader to have is honesty, confidence, commitment, positive attitude, and ability to inspire. We seleceted our leader from our group by their display of most, but not all of these qualities.
